McMan Central offers one of the most comprehensive and diverse program listings available in
Alberta. We take great pride in being able to support a variety of needs, abilities and situations. All of our
programs are accredited and are delivered by experienced professionals dedicated to helping everyone define and
achieve success on their own terms.

Arcadia
Providing support to youth between the ages of 15-24 who have been homeless for three months or have a history of episodic homelessness.

Collaborative Service Delivery

A contracted partnership between the Ministry of Children Services and McMan with the goal to improve outcomes for children and families working towards a safe and positive environment for the family unit.

Collaborative Outreach Preventing Exploitation (COPE)

The Collaborative Outreach Preventing Exploitation (COPE) Program supports youth aged 12 -24, who are at risk of, or engaged in sexual exploitation within Central Alberta.

Coordinated Entry

The Coordinated Access Process (CAP) is a method of matching individuals experiencing chronic and episodic homelessness to a housing program that meets their needs.

Family Development
Families work collaboratively to develop positive family relationships to reduce or eliminate the need for intervention.

Family Resource Network (FRN)

FRN’s focuses on prevention and early intervention services for families and youth aged 0-18 years.

Foster Care

Providing safe, caring homes to children and youth ages 0 to 18 who, for a variety of reasons, are unable to live with their own families.

Mental Health in Schools Pilot Program

The focus is to provide an in-home strength-based approach to support the individual needs of the family. Supports will include but not be limited to, assistance with getting instrumental needs met, information and support in accessing community resources.

PDD Life Skills
The McMan PDD Life Skills Outreach Program is designed to work with PDD (persons with developmental disabilities) clients who have unique needs such as addictions, homelessness or other life challenges that prevent clients from successfully living independently.

Provincial Family Violence Treatment Program (PFVTP)

The Provincial Family Violence
Treatment Program (PFVTP) is a contracted partnership between Alberta Health Services PFVTP team and McMan, to provide assessment and treatment services clients who have been mandated to, referred to, or self-referred (non-mandated) to the program due to intimate partner violence.

ReDirect Outreach ProgramTreatment Program (PFVTP) The program aims to engage children/youth who are engaging in high-risk criminal type behavior and or are being exposed to such activity and who are experiencing or are diagnosed with a FASD, PDD, or other complex needs.

Rx Living Well Social Prescribing Pilot Program

The link worker will work with the Older Adult to co-create a care plan to ensure that supports can be in place.
